Holly Marie Combs was born
on December 3rd 1973 at San Diego, in California. Lauralei, her mom, is only 15 years old
when Holly Marie was born. In spite of her young age, Lauralei fills perfectly the role of
a mother. Her parents get married but their couple only lasted 2 years. At the age of 8,
in 1982, Holly and her familly installed themselves in New York. While her monther follows
her singer's carreer in a punk group and her actress carreer, Holly goes to a school for
artists students : Professional Children's School N.Y.,
where her teacher
was the famous Ernie Martin. |
At 10 years old, she follows her mother's trace
by filming some publicitary spots and by posing for publicitary's posters. Than, at the
age at 12, she makes her first steps in a show : Walls of Glass.
In 1998, she begins on the big sreen on Sweet Hearts Dance, with
Susan Sarandon. The next
year, she plays in Born On The 4th Of July, besides Tom Cruise
(picture on the right is from Born
On The 4th Of July). After that we
can find her in two soap at big succes : As the world turns and The
Guiding Light. |

But it is in 1992 that her carreer really starts
with the role of Kimberly Brock in Picket Fences.
In 1993, she mary the actor Bryan Smith. But the couple divorce in 1997.
After the stop of Picket Fences, in 1996, the young actress chain up many roles like in :
Dr Giggles, A perfect stranger, Sins Of Silence, Daughters ..

In 1998, one of her friends,
Shannen Doherty,
talk to her about a new show based on three sister witches who saved the world from evil.
Holly audition for the youngest. Aaron Spelling, the producer of Charmed, choose her to be
Piper Halliwell. It's Charmed that will make her an actress known all around the world and
that will makes her meet her futur husband, David Donnoho, a technician. |

In 2002, you could have seen her in
Ocean's
Eleven, where she was playing her own role : an actress who wanted to learn how to play
cards ( Precisly Poker ) besides Georges Clooney. Brad Pitt,
Matt Damon and Julia Roberts.
In 2003, she turns in a new TV film : See Jane Date (a single women at New York)

Charisma Carpenter that she's going to meet again in the seventh season of Charmed. |
On February 14th 2003, in a ranch in the
Montecito, in California, Holly Marie Combs gets married to David Donoho, her friend since
5 years. At this time she is pregnant of 7 months. And on
April 26 2004, at 13h30, was born Finley Arthur, an adorable baby boy of 3,6 pounds.
Sunday the 21th May 2006, is aired on the WB the last epidode of Charmed :
Forever Charmed. It's a page of Holly's life which ends.
Thursday 26th October 2006, Holly and David 's second child was born. He is called
Riley
Edward Donoho. He was born at 12.57am at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He
weighed
in at was 8˝ lbs and 19 inches long. "Everybody's great,"
Donoho, 41, tells "Holly is tired, but she's fine. Riley came right out and as soon
as he heard Holly's voice, he smiled. He has hair like Elvis – a full head of black
hair. The doctor said he came out looking like a 2-year-old."

In September 2008, in
an interview given to Celebrity Baby Blog, Holly talks about her sons, the
health problems she had after Riley was born but she also talks about a
project of TV show.
Indeed, at the end of August and in September 2008, in Canada,she is filming
the pilot of a show called Mistresses, an adaptation of the English
show of the same name. But at the beginning of February, we learn that
Lifetime did not pick up Mistresses but Drop Dead Diva which
will air on
Lifetime.
But we had the chance of having some picture of it

After Mistresses has been cancelled, a few rumors appear on the Internet
like a part in Desperate
Housewives or a film called : Triangle. But none of them are true.
There is even one rumor saying that Holly is pregnant...
And
it's this last rumor who is true!
On June, 5th 2009, we learn thanks to Celebrity Baby Blog that Holly and David
have a third baby... and a third baby boy (picture
on the right :

called Kelley James Donoho who was born on May, 26th by a c-section
on emergency at 35 weeks of pregnancy (Kelley is a premature baby). Holly
hide her pregnancy as it was high-risk
(maybe because of the health problems she had after her last pregnancy) and
when everyone was back home and healthy she decided to talk about it : "
we didn’t feel comfortable making any announcements until everyone was home healthy. We are and now
it is time to celebrate. I, now a mother of three boys, will be going to take a nap!”
